The invention relates to a micro flow regulating valve. The micro flow regulating valve comprises a valve body and a valve element. The valve element is in a shaft shape and is inserted into an inner cavity of the valve body in a matched mode. A first sealing component and a second sealing component are arranged between the valve element and the valve body in a spaced mode in the axial direction of the valve element to be used for sealing a gap between the valve element and the valve body. One of the two sealing components is fixedly connected with the valve element, and the other sealing component is fixedly connected with the valve body. A liquid inlet and a liquid outlet intersecting with the inner cavity are formed in the valve body and located in the middle of the axial direction of the inner cavity. The distance between the two sealing components is changed through axial movement of the valve element in the inner cavity of the valve body, and accordingly the size of a liquid flowing channel can be changed. According to the micro flow regulating valve, the width of the gap between the valve body and the valve element is large, the actuator requirement is lowered, sealing is reliable, liquid leakage can be avoided, the flow and the gap width are in linear relation, and thus flow control can be achieved more simply.
