The invention discloses a method of simply separating oocyte or early embryos, and aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, an oocyte containing mixed solution is hard to discriminate by naked eyes when the mixed solution contains blood or is turbid, the oocyte picking becomes difficult; and the oocyte is damaged severely by the density gradient separation method, which is also very complicated. According to the method, a mixed solution containing oocyte or early embryos is filtered by a filter screen with a hole size of 100 millimeters under pressurization; a corresponding oocyte nutrient solution or early embryo nutrient solution is used to wash oocyte or early embryos in the filter screen, then the filter screen is placed on a watch glass, and the oocyte or early embryos are collected by an embryo picking needle under a stereoscope. The method has the advantages that the used instruments are few, the operation is simple, a large amount of oocyte or early embryos can be separated in a short time, and the separation efficiency is improved.
