本发明涉及一种橡胶组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：天然胶与炭黑混炼生成炭黑母胶，溶液合成的聚异戊二烯橡胶与白炭黑混炼生成白炭黑母胶，再将两种母胶与其它橡胶助剂混炼形成。本发明方法制备的橡胶组合物具有耐磨性好、弹性高、生热低的优点，可用于轮胎配方中，也可用于其他橡胶制品中。

The invention relates to a preparation method of a rubber composition. The preparation method is characterized by comprising mixing natural rubber and carbon black to obtain carbon black master batches, mixing polyisoprene rubber obtained by a solution synthesis method and white carbon black to obtain white carbon black master batches, and mixing two types of the master batches and other rubber aids. The rubber composition has the advantages of good abrasion resistance, high elasticity and low heat generation, can be used in the tire formula and also can be used in other rubber products.
