The invention relates to a hybrid power device of a novel structure. The hybrid power device comprises a differential mechanism shell, a transmission front shell, a transmission middle shell and a motor which comprises a stator iron core and a winding end. The hybrid power device further comprises a transmission gear set. Power of the motor is transmitted to the differential mechanism shell through the transmission gear set, and the end face of the stator iron core is close to the front end face of the differential mechanism middle shell. The end of a winding column stretches into the differential mechanism front shell. The stator iron core is mounted in the mode that the end face of the stator iron core is basically flush with the front end face of the differential mechanism middle shell, and the winding end stretches into the differential mechanism front shell. The transmission gear set in the hybrid power device of the novel structure can be arranged at the position further from the front end face of the differential mechanism middle shell so that a motor with larger axial length can be accommodated.
