The invention relates to a vehicle cooling device which applies proper cooling control. In the vehicle cooling device (10), a low temperature annular channel (60) of a second refrigerant for providing low temperature for an adsorption refrigerating machine (20) having a bypass pipe (60F). The bypass pipe (60F) branches on the upstream side relative to a radiator, bypasses the radiator (62) and is connected with a thermostat valve (64) on the downstream side relative to the radiator (62) in the low temperature annular channel (60). Then the low temperature annular channel (60) can be arranged into two paths including a path passing through the bypass tube (60F) and a path passing through the radiator (62) via opening and closing the thermostat valve (64). As a result, the temperature of an adsorbing material (26) increases to a preset temperature through the second refrigerant in advance, and the temperature of the adsorbing material (26) is kept in the preset temperature through opening and closing the thermostat valve (64). Therefore, the proper cooling control can be applied by the vehicle cooling device (10) in advance.
