The invention relates to a system and method for testing service isolation of a packet transport network. The test system comprises a data acquisition module used for acquiring a business basic set parameter and a business service quality parameter; a data discrete module used for acquiring continuous data of the business service quality parameter in the data acquisition module, and performing discrete processing, that is a periodic sampling value; a data normalization module used for acquiring a data sampling value in the data discrete module, and performing normalization processing on the data sampling value; a data difference module used for performing difference calculation of front and back items on the normalized data; and an isolation calculation module used for acquiring data after the difference calculation in the data difference module, and performing isolation calculation. The system and the method for testing the service isolation of the packet transport network provided by the invention can perform fast solving, obviously reduce the time complexity of the operation, simplify the amount of engineering calculation and improve the efficiency.
