The invention discloses a mouse pad hand support. The mouse pad hand support comprises an outer plastic layer, two inner butyl rubber layers and water covered by the inner butyl rubber layers. The mouse pad hand support is in a heart shape conforming to ergonomics. Fluid filler in a mouse pad hand support in the past is prone to change according to the liquidity of water, the mouse pad hand support is directly filled with water, can most fit a human hand and conforms to the ergonomics, and then the mouse pad hand support is made by use of excellent water tightness and air tightness of butyl rubber, so that the mouse pad hand support is more comfortable and truly fits palms of different users.
