The invention relates to a spiro-compound and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of steroidal compounds. The spiro-compounds I and a hydrate thereof is used as an active ingredient, and compounded with a prodrug and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or pharmaceutically acceptable carrier to form a pharmaceutical composition. The spiro-compound is applied to the fields of anti-tumor and the like, has strong capability of inhibiting cancer cells, and provides lead compound for developing new antitumor drugs.
