The invention relates to the technical field of glass, in particular to ground glass. The ground glass is formed by compounding a glass base layer and a ground glass layer by using a polyvinyl butyral (PVB) adhesive sheet, wherein the ground glass layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of quartz sand, 10-15 parts of sodium carbonate, 3-5 parts of calcite, 1-1.5 parts of fluorite, 2-3 parts of mirabilite, 10-15 parts of sodium nitrate, 5-6 parts of manganese powder, 0.1-0.3 part of antimony oxide, 0.5-1 part of bamboo carbon powder, 3-5 parts of borax, 0.5-1 part of calcium fluotitanate, 2-4 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5-1 part of silicon carbide and 0.5-1 part of ferroferric oxide. The ground glass provided by the invention has higher strength, and the toughness of the whole ground glass can be improved by the characteristics of the PVB adhesive sheet. The formula of the ground glass layer of the ground glass solves the problem that at present, mechanical grinding treatment is more difficult, reduces the difficulty of the mechanical grinding treatment, and enables a fine ground effect to be easily achieved on the ground glass layer.
