The invention relates to a composite coated bone fixing part and a preparation method thereof. The composite coated bone fixing part provided by the embodiment comprises a bone fixing part, wherein a physical vapor deposited PVD coating and a growth promoting nano-particle modified PVD coating are sequentially attached to the surface of the bone fixing part; the PVD coating is a nano-hard coating prepared from AlCrN, CrAlN, CrN, AlTiN, TiAlN, TiAlCrN, TiSiN, TiSiAlN, TiAlWN or mixture thereof; growth promoting nano-particles are calcium nano-particles, phosphorous nano-particles, zinc nano-particles or mixture thereof. According to the embodiment, the physical vapor deposited PVD coating and the growth promoting nano-particle modified PVD coating are sequentially deposited on the surface of the bone fixing part to form the composite coated bone fixing part, so that not only is the hardness and abrasion resistance of the bone fixing part reinforced, but also nano-particles in the bone fixing part can effectively accelerate bone tissue growth and/or wound healing of a bone tissue connected with the bone fixing part.
