The invention provides a longitudinal cigarette ripping device, which comprises a fixed seat with a circular hole, a slice and a cigarette holding groove. A slit is arranged above the circular hole, and the slice is inserted into the slit. The cigarette holding groove is inserted into the circular hole of the fixed seat, and the circumferential size of the circular hole can be regulated. In the technical scheme of the invention, one end of a cigarette is placed into the cigarette holding groove in the fixed seat; and by regulating the circumferential size of the circular hole of the fixed seat and after the circumferential size fits with the size of the cigarette and is fixed, the other end of the cigarette enters the cigarette holding groove, and longitudinal ripping of the cigarette is finished. The whole longitudinal ripping process is simple and convenient and has good stability and high safety. The longitudinal cigarette ripping device provided by the invention can be applied to cigarettes with different specifications in the existing market, and has a wide range of application. By the use of the device, the problem that manual cigarette ripping has low safety and the longitudinal ripping effect is not ideal is avoided.
