The invention provides a method for zero-discharge treatment and recycling of high-salinity wastewater in virtue of cold-source evaporation, belonging to the field of treatment of wastewater. The invention provides a cold-source evaporation technology, i.e., a method for zero-discharge treatment and recycling of high-salinity wastewater in virtue of a combination of a high-efficiency electromagnetic reactor, a heat pump and a spray crystallization reactor. The method comprises the following steps: subjecting high-salinity wastewater to turbidity removal, then adjusting the pH value of the high-salinity wastewater to 7 and allowing the wastewater to enter a raw water regulating reservoir for stabilization of water volume and water quality; subjecting the effluent of the raw water regulating reservoir to magnetization via the electromagnetic reactor; raising the temperature of the effluent of the electromagnetic reactor via the heat pump; allowing the effluent of the heat pump to enter the spray crystallization reactor and recycling the effluent of the spray crystallization reactor; and regularly scraping solid crystal residues in the spray crystallization reactor.
