The invention relates to a building retaining wall, particularly to a fiber pipe FRP bar concrete slab cantilever retaining wall composed of a wall heel board, a wall toe board and a fiber pipe FRP bar concrete slab, wherein the wall heel board and the wall toe board are both called as baseboards (the same below). The fiber pipe FRP bar concrete slab is formed by pouring a FRP bar framework, a fiber pipe and concrete, and at the same time in anchor connection with the baseboards with FRP bars and the fiber pipe to form a cantilever structure. On one hand, the concrete amount in the slab is changed through the fiber pipe, the purpose of reducing the material amount and dead weight is achieved; at the same time, certain flexural behavior is provided, and the carrying capacity is improved; on the other hand, the retaining wall is applied more widely through the corrosion resistance of the FRP bars.
