The invention provides a damping material of a nitrile rubber hollow fiber structure. The material is prepared from the following steps: 1) mixing a nitrile rubber/organic modified bentonite composite material with PVC on an open mill, and preparing sheets by using an electric heating press vulcanizer by way of a laminating method; and 2) mixing the prepared sheets with a lubricant by using a mixer, and extruding nitrile rubber hollow fibers by using the paste of a plunger extruder after curing, degreasing the extruded nitrile rubber hollow fibers and removing the lubricant, and then tracking and sintering the fibers to obtain the nitrile rubber hollow fibers. The damping material of the nitrile rubber hollow fiber structure provided by the invention has a good damping property.
