The platform displacement measurement unit is arranged to simulatethe six degrees of freedom platform, whereinthe six linear displacement sensors correspond to the six servo cylinders of the six degrees of freedom platform; a compensation drive unit is arranged so as to conductwave compensations on theplatform displacement measurement unit, thus the wave compensation volume of theservo cylinders of the six degrees of freedom platform six is measured, the complex parallel connection machine program algorithm is converted into a mechanical news transmission mechanism, and the wave compensation measurement difficulty is reduced.
