The invention provides an injection molding process control method for automotive important plastic parts. The method comprises the following steps that raw materials are taken out according to a production task; the raw materials are dried; sampling analysis is conducted on the moisture content of the dried raw materials, and only the raw materials which meet the moisture content requirement can be subjected to the next working procedure; injection molding is conducted on the raw materials which meet the moisture content requirement; size inspection is conducted on parts subjected to injection molding; and qualified parts are warehoused. By means of the method, whether the dried materials meet the moisture content requirement or not can be directly monitored, practical pressure in a mold is monitored in real time in the injection molding machining process, and therefore it is guaranteed that the strength and quality of each product meet the requirement.
