The invention provides a photoelectric detector array. The photoelectric detector array comprises a semi-insulation substrate layer, an insulation passivation layer, at least two photoelectric detectors, N contact electrodes, a P contact electrode, grounding large electrodes and a signal large electrode, wherein the insulation passivation layer covers a surface of the substrate layer, the at least two photoelectric detectors are arranged on the substrate layer and in the passivation layer, the N contact electrodes are evaporated on N contact layers of the photoelectric detectors, the P contact electrode is evaporated on P contact layers of the photoelectric detectors, the grounding large electrodes are opened on the N contact electrodes and are evaporated on the passivation layer, and the signal large electrode is opened on the P contact electrode and is evaporated on the passivation layer. A plurality of photoelectric detectors are designed according to a symmetric structure taking the signal large electrode as a center, the defect that an optical signal of excessively large power cannot be processed by a single photoelectric detector is overcome, and the defect that phase mismatching of each photoelectric detector electrical signal of a traditional photoelectric detector array is easy to generate at an output end to cause signal distortion is overcome; and the photoelectric detector array is simple in process, large in saturation power and high in response speed.
