The invention creates and provides an intercity rail transit cable. The intercity rail transit cable comprises a cable core and a halogen-free high-flame retardant tape wrapping layer, a lining layer, a steel plastic composite tape embossed longitudinally-wrapping armoring layer and an outer sheath which sequentially wrap the cable core from inside to outside, wherein the cable core comprises at least one four-wire group, the four-wire group comprises four single insulation wires and bunching yarn, an inner-side halogen-free high-flame retardant tape wrapping layer, an aluminum plastic composite tape embossed shielding layer, a braided shielding layer and an inner sheath which sequentially wrap the single insulation wires, the four single insulation wires are twisted and have different colors, and each single insulation wire comprises a copper conductor and an insulation layer wrapping the copper conductor. The intercity rail transit is reasonable in structure and design; with the adoption of a soft conductor twisted structure, the problems of breakage, construction difficulty and the like occurred after the conductor is bent repeatedly due to conductor hardness during the laying and installation process of the intercity rail transit cable in the prior art are solved; and the cable has the advantages of high shielding performance, firmness in the shielding layer and high tensile strength and is not liable to deform.
