The invention relates to the field of bearings, and discloses a novel bearing for a refuse hopper. The bearing comprises a first shaft sleeve type bearing and a second shaft sleeve type bearing. A rotating shaft is sleeved with the first shaft sleeve type bearing and the second shaft sleeve type bearing. Both the first shaft sleeve type bearing and the second shaft sleeve type bearing are fixed through a bearing pedestal. The bearing pedestal comprises a first section, a second section and a third section. The first shaft sleeve type bearing is arranged on the first section, the second shaft sleeve type bearing is arranged on the third section, the second section is convexly provided with steps for blocking the shaft sleeve type bearings, and the rotating shaft is sleeved with a transition hole. The novel bearing is simple in structure, convenient to install, and capable of bearing large force and meeting working requirements when the refuse hopper is overturned.
