The invention relates to a stand pipe righting system and a stand pipe righting device. The stand pipe righting device comprises a supporting seat, a righting arm, a locking mechanism and a roller component. The righting arm is arranged on the supporting seat in a longitudinally adjustable mode. The roller component comprises a mounting frame, a roller and two bearing caps. The mounting frame is arranged at one end of the righting arm and comprises two mounting seats stretching away from the righting arm. First clamping openings are correspondingly formed in the mounting seats, second clamping openings are formed in the bearing caps, the two bearing caps are detachably arranged on the two mounting seats correspondingly, and thus rotary holes for rotatably mounting the roller are formed between the first clamping openings and the second clamping openings. The two ends of a rotating shaft are correspondingly and rotatably matched with the two rotary holes corresponding to the two mounting seats, so that the roller can be clamped with the outer surface of the stand pipe. The locking mechanism is arranged on the supporting seat to keep the roller clamping with the stand pipe. A rotating hole of the roller is formed by assembling two assembly units, and thus the roller and the rotating shaft are convenient to be dismounted and mounted integrally, lubricating oil is convenient to be added, and the protection of the roller is improved.
