本发明提供的方法中先砌筑砖胎膜，将分区桩两侧底板受力钢筋以及止水钢板预留在砖胎膜灰缝中，待分区桩凿除完毕后，将砖胎膜拆除，最后将两个分区桩两侧底板受力钢筋连接，此外还将防水层也连接，这种接拢方法使得两个分区桩之间连接更加牢固，且由于防水层也相互连接，减少了后续两者连接处产生的漏水的可能性。

The invention provides a method. The method includes the steps that a brick blank film is firstly constructed, base plate load-bearing bars on the two sides of partition piles and water stopping steel plates are reserved in mortar joints of the brick blank film, after chiseling of the partition pile is finished, the brick blank film is dismounted, the base plate load-bearing bars on the two sides of the two partition piles are connected, and waterproof layers are connected. By means of the joining method, the two partition piles are connected more firmly; and as the waterproof layers are connected, the possibility of water leakage at the connecting position of the waterproof layers subsequently is reduced.
