本发明涉及化工材料制备技术领域，具体来说是一种热塑性聚酰亚胺泡沫塑料及其制备方法，由甲醇、3,3',4,4'‑二苯酮四酸二酐、二氨基二苯甲烷、二氨基吡啶、纯水和表面活性剂制备而成。本发明提供了一种新的热塑性聚酰亚胺泡沫塑料的制备方法，该方法生产的热塑性聚酰亚胺泡沫塑料能够做到泡孔均匀，柔弹性好，产品结构稳定，能够很好的解决以上问题。

The invention relates to the technical field of chemical material preparation, and particularly relates to thermoplastic polyimide foamed plastic and a preparing method thereof. The foamed plastic is prepared from methanol, 3,3',4,4'-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride, diaminodiphenylmethane, diaminopyridine, pure water and a surfactant. The preparing method of the novel thermoplastic polyimide foamed plastic is provided by the invention. The foamed plastic produced by the method has uniform foam holes, good elasticity and a stable product structure, and can overcome a problem mentioned above.
