According to the technical scheme, the unmanned aerial vehicle take-off and landing station intelligent shell comprises a shell body, a skylight module, an internal environment monitoring module and a waterproof and dustproof module; the skylight module is mounted at the top of the shell body, and a sealed structure is formed by the skylight module and the shell body; a double-slope tilting structure is adopted for the skylight module which is provided with adjusting components used for adjusting the states of wings of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and stepping motors are used for driving a gear and rack mechanism to move to drive the skylight module and the adjusting components to move; the internal environment monitoring module is arranged inside the shell body and used for monitoring an environment inside the shell body; and the waterproof and dustproof module is arranged at the joint of the edge of the shell body and the skylight module.
