The invention relates to a lightning shielding insulator with a breakdown separating and aging identifying function. The lightning shielding insulator comprises a hollow brace insulator, thread clamping hardware is arranged on the top face of the brace insulator, and a lightning receiving end is arranged on the lower end of the thread clamping hardware; a discharging gap, a nonlinearity resistor disc pillar and a tripping mechanism are fixedly arranged in the brace insulator from top to bottom in sequence; the discharging gap comprises a top electrode and a bottom electrode which are apart from each other, the top electrode is electrically connected with the lightning receiving end, and the bottom electrode is electrically connected with the upper end of the nonlinearity resistor disc pillar; the upper end of the tripping mechanism is electrically connected with the lower end of the nonlinearity resistor disc pillar, and the lower end of the tripping mechanism is connected with a ground electrode. Compared with the prior art, the lightning shielding insulator has the advantages that a power frequency leakage current caused by an aging is detected, and when the power frequency leakage current reaches to a certain value, the tripping mechanism acts and lightning shielding wires are tripped and broken; a flagpole with an indication mark is used as an identification, an obvious breakdown identifying mark is obtained, an operation state is judged through checking appearance, and breakdown seeking time is reduced.
