The invention discloses an electrical equipment inspection method and system based on an RFID technology. According to the inspection method, an RFID tag correlation module, an RFID scanning and reading module, an information collection module, a data transmission module and a data processing and display module are included, wherein the RFID tag correlation module correlates an RFID tag with corresponding electrical equipment, the RFID scanning and reading module inspects, scans and reads RFID tag data, the information collection module collects personnel, position and image information, the data transmission module transmits inspection data and receives instruction data, and the data processing and display module performs correlation processing on the inspection data and displays the inspection data. Through the electrical equipment inspection method and system, the inspection operation process is simplified, the automation level of inspection work is raised, and inspection work efficiency is improved.
