本发明公开了一种电动汽车用户的分类方法及装置。其中，该方法包括：获取待分类的用户数据；根据预设分类条件，从待分类的用户数据中获取预设个数的分类变量；基于预设分类模型对预设个数的分类变量进行分类，得到分类结果，其中，分类结果用于表征用户数据的类型。本发明解决了现有技术中电动汽车用户的分类方法的分类粒度大，用户体验感差的技术问题。

The invention discloses an electric vehicle user classification method and apparatus. The method comprises the steps of obtaining to-be-classified user data; according to a preset classification condition, obtaining a preset number of classification variables from the to-be-classified user data; and performing classification on the preset number of classification variables based on a preset classification model to obtain a classification result, wherein the classification result is used for representing the type of the user data. According to the method and the apparatus, the technical problems of large classification granularity and poor user experience of the electric vehicle user classification method in the prior art are solved.
