The invention discloses an intelligent-cushion-based system for monitoring staff on duty. The system includes a pressure sensor, A/D converters, a temperature sensor, a single-chip-computer control module, a rechargeable power supply module, an LED light display module and a cushion; the pressure sensor and the temperature sensor are both mounted on the cushion, and the cushion is placed on an office chair; the pressure sensor and the temperature sensor are separately connected to the single-chip-computer control module through the corresponding A/D converters; the single-chip-computer control module is connected to the LED light display module in a wireless communication mode, and the LED light display module is mounted at an entrance of an office; the rechargeable power supply module is electrically connected with the single-chip-computer control module. The system is simple in structure, whether or not the staff are in the office can be accurately and dynamically displayed in real time, and advantages are provided for intelligent application and high-efficiency management of an enterprise.
