An embodiment of the invention provides a node instrument well shot acquired site excitation quality monitoring device and method. The device comprises a signal acquisition module, a processing module and a display module, wherein the signal acquisition module is used for acquiring seismic waves generated by well shot excitation, the processing module is used for acquiring the seismic waves recorded by the signal acquisition module, acquiring first-arrival time of the seismic waves and excitation energy of well shot excitation, judging whether the first-arrival time and the excitation energy meet corresponding preset requirements or not, and transmitting judgment results to the display module, and the display module is used for receiving and displaying the judgment results transmitted by the processing module. Excitation quality can be monitored in real time on an acquisition site of a node instrument.
