The invention discloses a wide-area whole-state electromagnetic environment monitoring system and method based on environment-protection data sharing. The monitoring system comprises an all-weather electromagnetic environment monitoring system, a data collecting and issuing end and a backstage server side; the all-weather electromagnetic environment monitoring system is used for conducting all-weather monitoring electromagnetic environment information surrounding sensitive spots of a power transmission and transformation project and sending the electromagnetic environment information to the data collecting and issuing end; the data collecting and issuing end is used for processing and issuing the electromagnetic environment information surrounding the sensitive spots of the power transmission and transformation project; the backstage server side is in intercommunication with the data collecting and issuing end, and is used for conducting real-time monitoring and displaying of the electromagnetic environment information surrounding the sensitive spots of the power transmission and transformation project, and maintaining and protecting the user permission. According to the wide-area whole-state electromagnetic environment monitoring system and method based on environment-protection data sharing, the functions like storage, long-distance retrival of field data are achieved, electromagnetic environment real-time data is presented to the public, and the wide-area whole-state electromagnetic environment monitoring system and method give assistance in solving potential electromagnetic environment disputes.
