The invention discloses a hydraulic impact power head. The hydraulic shock power head comprises an impact mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a reverse punching mechanism which are sequentially connected; the impact mechanism is provided with a reversing device, and at least one set of hydraulic motors is installed on the rotating mechanism. The hydraulic impact power head can be suitable for various work environments and has the advantages of being large in power, high in punching and drilling efficiency, fast in impact frequency, good in sealing effect, long in service life, convenient to maintain and the like.
