The invention provides a method for field fabrication of inorganic wallpaper with the wood grain texture. The method comprises the following steps that S1, the wall surface is coated with a priming coat for decreasing the water absorption of a base layer, and meanwhile, the operation time of other coated coats on the base layer is prolonged; S2, the priming coat is coated with a modeling layer after being surface-dried, and a wood grain device is immediately used to slide and press grains of the wood grain texture on the modeling layer; S3, the modeling layer is coated with a finishing coat after being hard-dried; and S4, the finishing coat is subjected to staining treatment through a roller after being hard-dried. By adoption of the method, the wallpaper with the wood grain texture can be field-manufactured on the wall surface through the proper wood grain device, and therefore use is facilitated; the wallpaper, with the wood grain texture, manufactured according to the method has a natural wood grain appearance and does not release the VOC harmful substances such as benzene and formaldehyde, and therefore the wallpaper has wide application prospects and good market potential.
