During film forming of the Q-POSS modified metal surface pretreatment agent, silane film forming and fluozirconate ceramic film forming are performed synchronously, an inorganic-organic hybrid film is formed through mutual doping, defects of fluozirconate during film forming can be repaired with silane timely, the film structure is optimized, multiple amino groups of Q-POSS can interact with multiple sites in a film layer simultaneously, so that the sealing effect can be improved, and the defects of the film layer are repaired and sealed better.
