The polyurethane joint sealant is prepared from raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 40-60 parts of polyether polyol DMD-3000, 30-40 parts of polyether polyol DDL-1000D, 10-20 parts of polyether polyol DMN-500, 70-260 parts of PAPI, 0.1-0.8 parts of a catalyst and 10-20 parts of HFC-134a. Due to the complex function of the components, the prepared polyurethane joint sealant has the advantages of easiness in carrying, high foaming ratio, high curing speed, high adhesive force, thermal insulation, certain elasticity and the like; the preparation method adopts a processing process and is easy to implement.
