The invention relates to N,N-dialkyl substituted pyrazol ion liquid. The N,N-dialkyl substituted pyrazol ion liquid has the structural general formula shown in the specification, wherein R represents CH3, n represents 2, 4, 5, 7, 9 or 11, and X represents Br, I, BF4 or PF6. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the N,N-dialkyl substituted pyrazol ion liquid and a method for synthesizing propylene carbonate by catalyzing the reaction of epoxy propane and CO2 by virtue of the N,N-dialkyl substituted pyrazol ion liquid. A novel synthetic process of the N,N-dialkyl substituted pyrazol ion liquid is simple, high in conversion rate and suitable for large-scale production and preparation; and the N,N-dialkyl substituted pyrazol ion liquid has relatively strong catalytic activity in the catalysis of the reaction of epoxy propane and CO2 to generate propylene carbonate and has wide application prospects in the fields of electrochemistry, catalytic reaction, separation-extraction mediums and the like in future.
