The invention provides a multi-channel water-jet propulsion pump with unequal amounts of guide blades, comprising a suction elbow, a suction straight tube, an impeller, guide blade multi-channel partitions, a guide blade tail cone, a nozzle, a spindle, and guide blades; an outlet of the suction elbow is communicated with an inlet of the suction straight tube, an outlet of the suction straight tube is communicated with an inlet of a mounting cavity of the impeller, an outlet of the mounting cavity of the impeller is communicated with guide blade mounting cavities and the nozzle in sequence, the guide blade tail cone is connected to the tails of the guide blades, the impeller is disposed on the spindle, the guide blade multi-channel partitions are fixed in channels of the guide blades, and skeleton lines of the guide blade multi-channel partitions divide the guide blade channels into j channels, with j being a natural number greater than 1. The guide blade channels are divided into multiple channels, the great flow speed differences between the inner wheel edges and hub sides of the guide blade channels are decreased, flow distribution in the guide blades is under control, the stable operation of the water-jet propulsion pump under high speed and low noise is achieved, and the structure breaks the space limits in water-jet pump design.
