The front wall of a machine case is provided with a first opening. A conveying device passes through the first opening and is extended into the machine case. The conveying device is provided with two longitudinally and parallelly installed clamping plates. A cutting base is clamped between two clamping plates. The bottom of the cutting base is connected with a cutting blade. The output shaft of a power device passes through the interior of the machine case. The end part of the output shaft of the power device is connected with a cam. The cam is rotatably connected with a guide rod. The end part of the guide rod is rotatably connected with the cutting base. A crushing cylinder is installed below the conveying device. Two crushing rollers are parallelly installed in the crushing cylinder. The crushing rollers are connected with the output shaft of the power device through a belt. The bottom of the crushing cylinder is provided with a discharge port. The bottom of the machine case is provided with a second opening. The second opening is positioned below the discharge port. The device is used for replacing the manpower, and the cutting efficiency of the dandelion processing is greatly improved.
