The invention discloses equipment used for ecological remediation and monitoring of the soil environment. The equipment comprises a low-voltage direct current power supply as well as an anode electrolysis assembly and a cathode electrolysis assembly which are connected with an positive electrode and a negative electrode of the low-voltage direct current power supply respectively, wherein the anode electrolysis assembly or the cathode electrolysis assembly comprises a metal electrode rod, the lower end of the metal electrode rod is connected with a conical drill bit, the middle of the metal electrode rod is sleeved with a plastic electrolysis tube, and the upper end of the metal electrode rod is further connected with a rotating motor through a drive rod; the inside of the plastic electrolysis tube is hollow, an electrolysis water accommodating cavity is formed in the plastic electrolysis tube, multiple ion exchange holes are distributed in a circumferential surface of the plastic electrolysis tube, and a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are further arranged at the upper end of the plastic electrolysis tube; the upper end of the conical drill bit is inwards concaved to form a sealing cavity, a heavy metal detection system is arranged in the sealing cavity, internal threads are formed in the inner side wall of the sealing cavity, an isolation ring is arranged at the lower end of the metal electrode rod, and external threads are formed in the circumference of the isolation ring. The equipment can be directly carried and used in place, can be directly drilled in the soil for remediation and detection during use and is convenient to use.
