The invention relates to a pneumatic anastomat. The pneumatic anastomat comprises a work head and an operation handle which are mutually connected, wherein the work head comprises a nail bin, a pin abutting base and an execution mechanism used for performing suturing and incision work; the operation handle comprises a percussion assembly for percussing the execution mechanism to work. The pneumatic anastomat further comprises a pneumatic drive device used for driving the percussion assembly to perform percussion, wherein the pneumatic drive device is arranged in the operation handle and comprises an air cylinder inflated with compressed air inside as well as a conversion mechanism which is communicated with the air cylinder and can convert power of the compressed air provided by the air cylinder into mechanical force. Compressed air is taken as a power source, so that an operator can complete anastomosis in an operation with very little strength, labor is saved during use, and the cost is low due to the fact that the replaceable compressed air cylinder is used; after air in the air cylinder is used up, the air cylinder can be recovered as common waste, and no pollution is caused in the future.
