The invention provides a chest card with an electronic wallet function. The chest card with an electronic wallet function includes a chest card and a reception alarm device, and is characterized in that the chest card is provided with a wireless emission module taking a C battery as a power source; and the reception alarm device is provided with mutually electrically connected wireless reception module, singlechip module, voice alarm module, a call module which can automatically dial a specified number, and a power module which takes a C battery as the power source.
