The invention discloses a synergetic all-component recycling method for titanium-containing blast furnace slag and waste printed circuit boards (WPCBs) and belongs to the technical field of preparation of inorganic materials. According to the method, the titanium-containing blast furnace slag and a proper quantity of WPCBs are mixed evenly and heated to be melted firstly, even mixing is guaranteed, then the mixture is evenly mixed with a certain quantity of Na2CO3 for thermal-state modification treatment, and the content of CaTiO3 obtained after acid leaching with diluted hydrochloric acid and filtering is 75% or higher; the pH of a filtrate is adjusted with ammonia water, silicon dioxide hydrate is obtained after removal of Fe<3+> through pickling after filtering, the pH of a filtrate is adjusted with ammonia water again, a precursor of magnesium aluminium spinel is obtained and is fired at the high temperature, and a multi-component doped magnesium aluminium spinel and mayenite composite material is obtained. With the method, a flue gas selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration catalyst, silicon dioxide hydrate and the magnesium aluminium spinel and mayenite composite material can be prepared respectively, synergetic recycling is performed on the blast furnace slag and the WPCBs with the method, and the method has the remarkable economic and social benefit.
