The present invention relates to: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens K2G strain which has excellent anti-nutritional factor removal activity, protease activity and antibacterial activity against pathogens and has reduced mucus production; a method for preparing fermented soybean meal by using the strain; fermented soybean meal prepared thereby; and a feed composition containing the same. Fermented soybean meal prepared by using the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens K2G strain according to the present invention can be useful as a high-quality vegetable protein feed having an excellent absorption rate and feed efficiency since various anti-nutritional factors such as a trypsin inhibitor, a soybean oligosaccharide and a polysaccharide almost disappear in the fermented soybean meal, the content of crude protein and the solubility of protein are high in the fermented soybean meal, and the fermented soybean meal comprises, by depolymerization to low molecular weight parts, small peptides facilitating the digestion and absorption of domestic animals.
