The invention discloses an IEC61850 communication protocol standard conformance test system, which comprises a software test platform and a hardware test platform. When the test is executed, the software test platform executes an example, and an example which can be directly tested can be transmitted to a tested IED device through Ethernet; an example which needs to be assisted is transmitted to the hardware test platform for being processed, and after processing, the example is transmitted to the tested IED device; and GOOSE and SV information of the tested IED device enter the hardware test platform through an Ethernet module, the hardware test platform processes the entered information, a result is outputted to the software test platform through Ethernet, and one conformance closed-loop test is completed. Technical effects of closed-loop test between the tested device and the test system, high automatic level and high efficiency can be realized.
