The invention relates to an automatic wiring detection system of an intelligent substation tester. The system comprises an optical fiber link detection module, an LED display module, a GOOSE/SV port detection module, an MMS event reading module and a to-be-measured device; the optical fiber link detection module, the GOOSE/SV port detection module and the MMS event reading module are connected to the to-be-measured device; and the optical fiber link detection module, the GOOSE/SV port detection module and the LED display module are connected. The automatic wiring detection system provided by the invention can realize the automatic detection of the connection between the tester and an isolation layer device, and can also detect whether an optical fiber link is normal and guide testing personnel to perform wiring and modification through an indicator lamp.
