The invention relates to the technical field of charging, and particularly provides a method for conducting SOC balancing on multiple cells in a charging facility. The multiple cells are used for conducting charging on the same electric vehicle simultaneously. The invention aims at improving the charging service quality of the charging facility and prolonging the service life of the cells. The method comprises the steps of obtaining the SOC of each cell of the multiple cells; conducting comparison on the obtained SOCs of the cells; determining the charging power of each cell for the electric vehicle according to a comparison result. According to the method for conducting SOC balancing on the multiple cells in the charging facility, by conducting SOC balancing on the multiple cells in the charging facility, on one hand, the electricity amount emptying of the cells with small SOC is avoided, and the cells with large SOC still have sufficient electricity amount, thereby when a next electric vehicle is charged, the multiple cells can be utilized simultaneously, thus the service quality is improved, on the other hand, the consistency of the charging and discharging frequencies of the multiple cells is guaranteed, SOC balancing on the cells is achieved, and the service life of the cells is prolonged.
