The invention discloses a power transmission line fault forced energization intelligent decision method. The method includes following steps: (1) obtaining fault information of a power transmission line; (2) determining whether a fault of the power transmission line belongs to special identification faults which do not need forced energization, if yes, not performing forced energization, and otherwise, entering the next step; (3) performing forced energization if the forced energization of the fault of the power transmission line is deterministic forced energization, and otherwise, entering the next step; (4) determining an optimal forced energization terminal by employing the analytical hierarchy process; and (5) performing forced energization on the power transmission line by the optimal forced energization terminal. According to the method, the line fault information is screened and determined, the special faults without forced energization and the line faults with deterministic forced energization are dealt with by employing independent decision processing methods, which is in further accordance with the engineering reality, and the feasibility is high; besides, a forced energizationterminal optimization selection algorithm based on the analytic hierarchy process is employed, the influence of multiple main factors on the forced energization decision is comprehensively considered, and obtained decision results are more scientific and reasonable.
