The invention discloses a checking method and checking system for a locking logic of a spacing layer. The checking device is applied to an installation cabinet of a measuring and controlling device of a transformer substation and comprises a communication module, a processing module and a control module. The communication module is used for sending real-time locking node information to a remote server and receiving a remote control instruction which is sent by the remote server and corresponds to the real-time locking node information; the processing module is used for outputting the real-time locking node information to the communication module and translating the remote control instruction into a locking node merge-joint signal; the control module is used for being connected with a signal return circuit of the measuring and controlling device and sending the locking node merge-joint signal to the measuring and controlling device, and the locking node merge-joint signal is used for checking the measuring and controlling device. When the locking logic of the spacing layer is checked through the checking device, a secondary cable does not need to be disconnected and connected repeatedly, therefore, missing checking cannot be generated due to the inherent characteristics of manual operation, and then the condition that potential safety hazards are caused to normal operation of the transformer substation can be avoided.
