The invention provides a network audit log transmitting and saving system which comprises a log audit probe, a log processing server and a log storage device. The log audit probe is used for classifying and saving acquired content information in a documental form and an abstract log form and uploading documents and abstract logs to the log processing server. The log processing server is connected to the log audit probe and used for combining log records according to the documents and the abstract logs. The log storage device is connected to the log processing server and used for saving the log records and providing log query services. Therefore, the abstract logs and documental contents are stored in a separated mode, saving formats of network logs are unified, and the memory network bandwidth consumption during transmission and saving of a large quantity of network logs is reduced.
