The invention relates to a disconnection identification method and device of a current transducer of a transformer. The disconnection identification method comprises the following steps: judging whether a starting condition of disconnection identification of the current transducer is met or not; if so, judging whether disconnection identification conditions are met or not; if all the disconnection identification conditions are met, judging that the current transducer at the side of the transformer is disconnected. According to the disconnection identification method and device, provided by the invention, current criteria and voltage criteria are combined; whether the current transducer at certain side of the transformer is disconnected or not can be accurately judged, and evidences for judging whether transformer differential protection acts or not are provided.
