The invention relates to a non-invasive induction cooker start identification method based on hybrid criteria. The method comprises steps that step 1, a voltage and a current of a main power supply incoming wire of an indoor grid are sampled to form a voltage sampling sequence and a current sampling sequence; step 2, a time window is set; an average power value at the main power supply incoming wire, a reactive power sequence value and a third harmonic value of the current are calculated according to corresponding portions between the voltage sampling sequence, the current sampling sequence and the time window; step 3, whether induction cooker start occurs in the indoor grid is determined according to the average power sequence, the reactive power sequence and the third harmonic sequence, if not, the process returns to the step 2. The method is advantaged in that a start state of an induction cooker can be rapidly and accurately identified based on the hybrid criteria, technical support provided for non-invasive identification of the induction cooker is realized, and the method further has properties of simple and economical performance and is easy for popularization.
