The invention discloses a calibrating device and method for a communication module. The device comprises a first transport unit for acquiring a communication module to be detected placed in a first turnover box from an intelligent storage; a material loading sorting unit for feeding the communication module to be detected to a verification unit; and the verification unit for detecting whether the communication module to be detected is qualified. If the communication module to be detected is not qualified, the communication module to be detected is placed into an unqualified cache line. If the communication module to be detected is qualified, the communication module to be detected is placed into a laying-off sorting unit. The device also comprises the laying-off sorting unit for placing the qualified communication module to be detected on a second turnover box and returning the qualified communication module to be detected through the second turnover box to the intelligent storage. The device and method of the present invention realize the automatic verification of the communication module in intelligent storage, accelerate the verification efficiency and solves the technical problem of the low verification efficiency of the communication modules in the prior art.
